Payments must be completed using the payment methods offered during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that their selected payment method is valid.
7. Digital Products and Downloads
All products offered by StoreGuard Labs are digital software modules and related downloadable content. No physical product is shipped.
After a successful purchase, the customer receives access to the purchased module through the applicable download process.
The customer is entitled to download the purchased module for 365 days from the date of purchase.
During this period, the customer may access and download the purchased module again at any time, as often as needed.
The download entitlement includes the version originally purchased and any updated versions made available by StoreGuard Labs during the active 365-day period.
Each available version will be clearly identified by its version number, allowing customers to identify the version they are downloading.
After the 365-day period expires, access to downloads and new versions under the original purchase entitlement ends, unless otherwise stated for the specific product or separately agreed.
Customers are responsible for downloading and maintaining their own copies of purchased software.
Digital products must not be redistributed, resold, shared, or made publicly available unless expressly permitted by the applicable product license or written authorization from StoreGuard Labs.
8. Product License and Restrictions
Purchasing a software module grants the customer the right to use that product subject to its applicable license terms.
Unless expressly permitted by the relevant license, customers must not:
-
Resell or redistribute purchased software.
-
Share purchased files with unauthorized third parties.
-
Remove copyright notices or ownership information.
-
Copy, modify, or create derivative products for unauthorized commercial distribution.
-
Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the software in violation of applicable law.
Any additional license conditions supplied with a product form part of the terms governing its use.
9. Installation and Configuration Services
The purchase of a StoreGuard Labs module includes the digital product only.
Installation, configuration, customization, and other implementation services are not included in the purchase price.
Customers are responsible for installing and configuring purchased modules themselves. Our modules are designed for straightforward installation, subject to the requirements and compatibility information provided for each product.
If a customer wants StoreGuard Labs to install a module, configure it, or perform additional implementation work, these services may be requested separately.
Such services are subject to availability, must be agreed upon separately, and are charged separately. The price and scope of the requested work will be communicated before the service is accepted.
10. Technical Support
Technical support is not included with the purchase of StoreGuard Labs modules.
Purchasing a module does not entitle the customer to free installation assistance, configuration assistance, troubleshooting, customization, or ongoing technical support.
Any additional assistance or technical work requested by a customer may be offered as a separate paid service, subject to availability and prior agreement.
11. Product Updates and Version Information
StoreGuard Labs may release updates, improvements, and new versions of its software modules.
When an update is released, the new version will be clearly identified by its version number.
Customers with an active 365-day download entitlement may download available updated versions of their purchased modules during that period.
The availability and release schedule of updates are determined by StoreGuard Labs. We do not guarantee that every product will receive updates or that updates will be released at specific intervals.
Updates released after the expiration of the 365-day download period are not included in the original purchase entitlement, unless otherwise stated for the specific product or separately agreed.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the purchased digital product, the order status, the applicable refund policy, and mandatory consumer protection rights.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Customers should review the applicable refund information before completing a purchase.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content and StoreGuard Labs products, including software, source code, graphics, logos, product descriptions, documentation, and designs, remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
